The property is located on Burgon Street a pretty alleyway located off Carter Lane just south of Ludgate Hill in the heart of the City of London close to St. Paul’s Cathedral and the River Thames. The property consists of a 4-storey former warehouse building arranged over basement, ground and three upper floors.
Dukes Hotel, London
Dukes Hotel have employed VMA Construction to manage the refurbishment of 91 bathrooms within a live hotel operations at the DUKES Hotel, as part of a wider renovation before the hotel reopens in Spring 2026.
Fortius Clinic, London W1U
VMA Construction were employed by Fortius Clinic to create a Corridor with platform Lift from Level 3 in Bentinck Street to Level 2 In Wigmore Street so that staff and patients can transfer freely between their 2 facilities.
